The Interview Process:Interview

  • Facilitate client interviews of candidate.
  • Obtain feedback from both client and candidates.
  • Conduct reference checks when needed.
  • Assist clients in evaluation candidates (negotiate salary & discuss benefits) and present factual assessment to out client.
  • Select finalists to be interviewed.
  • Prepare for offer and acceptance if appropriate.

  • Establish start date with our client and candidate.
  • Cover counter offers with the candidate.
  • Maintain contact with the candidate to ensure smooth transition and assimilation of candidates on start date.
