- Identify potential candidates.
- In-depth recruiting which qualifies candidates against client requirements.
- Identify list of most qualified candidates.
- Present candidates to client with in-depth profiles.
- Review profiles with client.
The Interview Process:
- Facilitate client interviews of candidate.
- Obtain feedback from both client and candidates.
- Conduct reference checks when needed.
- Assist clients in evaluation candidates (negotiate salary & discuss benefits) and present factual assessment to out client.
- Select finalists to be interviewed.
- Prepare for offer and acceptance if appropriate.
Follow Up:
- Establish start date with our client and candidate.
- Cover counter offers with the candidate.
- Maintain contact with the candidate to ensure smooth transition and assimilation of candidates on start date.
- Ensure client satisfaction.
- Ensure candidate satisfaction.
